A refund is applicable only when the product is defective.

From The Time of Signing Up (after Submitting the Agreement) Maximum of 48 hours to 72 working hrs., If the Service is Not Delivered For Configuration for Your Bot,You can request for Refund.

As Becoming Our Client by accepting the Terms and Conditions above, You certify that you are well aware and you Cease To File For a Refund After Purchase.

If the product is defective and Not Functioning Maximum of Up to 30 days Refund is Applicable. otherwise, there is No Refund is issued in this case.

If you would like to transfer your purchase or to submit a refund request, Please provide us the Client ID Number, Authorized User Name, and date of purchase, for the particular account through email. The email should be sent to support@infinity-tech.io from the registered email address.

Please allow up to 72 hrs for our team to review your details and process your refund or transfer of license request depending on the nature of the inquiry. Our support team will contact you to confirm that your refund/transfer has been processed or to ask for any additional information if needed.

All refunds will be issued through the same mode of payment in which they are made at the time of purchase. Please allow 3-5 working days for processing your request and for the refund to be credited to your account.
